Groupe Le Duff
Groupe Le Duff er en international fransk bageri- og cafévirksomhed med hovedkvarter i Rennes, Bretagne. Virksomheden blev grundlagt af Louis Le Duff i 1976, samme år som den første Brioche Dorée åbnede i Brest. Koncernen har en række forretningskæder, der inkluderer: Del Arte (pizzarestaurantkæde), Brioche Dorée (bagercafekæde), Ginger's, Mimi's (cafekæde), La Madeleine, Fournil de Pierre, Kamps, Bridor (bagercafékæde), Cité Gourmande, Ferme des Loges, FB Solution og Gourming. I 2025 omsatte Groupe Le Duff for 2,8 mia. euro i over 100 lande. De havde 18.000 ansatte i 2025 og over 1 mio. kunder om dagen.[1][2][3][4]
