J. Soubry N.V. eller Soubry er en familieejet belgisk producent af pasta og mel, der er baseret i Roeselare, Vestflandern. Den blev etableret af Joseph Soubry i 1921 i Roeselare og i begyndelsen producerede de chikorieolie og linolie. Senere begyndte han at producere vermicelli og efter 2. verdenskrig åbnede han en pasta-produktionslinje. I dag har de ca. 400 ansatte og omsætter for 147 mio. euro (2025).[1][2][3]
