Mavinga er en by og kommune i Angola og hovedstad i provinsen Cuando siden dens oprettelse i 2024.[2][3] Det er en af de tre kommuner i Angola, hvis indbyggere overvejende er Mbunda. Byen havde i 2024 en befolkning på 10.840 mennesker,[1] og kommunen en befolkning på 24.757.[4] Tidligere var Mavinga en del af Cuando Cubango-provinsen, hvor den bestod af kommunerne Mavinga, Cunjamba/Dime, Cutuile og Luengue.
