Ouaka ([wa.ka]) er et af de 20 præfekturer i den Centralafrikanske Republik.[1][2] Det grænser op til den Demokratiske Republik Congo og dækker et område på 49.900km² og har en befolkning på 276.710 (folketælling fra 2003). I 2024 antyder officielle estimater, at befolkningen nåede 459.412 indbyggere.[3]
Præfekturet har navn efter Ouakafloden, og dets hovedstad er byen Bambari.
