Football league season
The 2017–18 Megyei Bajnokság I includes the championships of Counties in Hungary (including Budapest ). It is the fourth tier of the Hungarian football league system .[ 1]

Békés
Champion Méhkerék were one of the three teams who were drawn first, giving them automatic promotion.[ 2] However before the following season, the club was disbanded and the newly formed team continued in the sixth division.[ 3]

The draw was held on 5 June 2018.[ 2] The first legs were played on 9 June, and the second legs were played on 16 June.[ 4] Taksony , Sényő and Méhkerék gained direct promotion however the latter got dissolved than reestablished in the Megyei Bajnokság III after this season.

Eger won 6–1 on aggregate and are promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
4–4 on aggregate. Sajóbábony won on away goals and are promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
Komárom won 4–1 on aggregate and are promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
Nagykanizsa won 7–0 on aggregate and are promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
Kecskemét won 5–3 on aggregate and are promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
Ménfőcsanak won 4–3 on aggregate and are promoted to the Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
Notes
^ MTK II , Soproni VSE and Méhkerék who struggled with dissolution did not take NB III participation thereby Salgótarján took the opportunity.[ 17]
