2020 New Mexico State Aggies football team American college football season
The 2020 New Mexico State Aggies football team represented New Mexico State University as an independent during the 2020 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Aggies were led by eighth–year head coach Doug Martin and played their home games at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the state of New Mexico. On August 13, 2020, New Mexico State suspended all sports competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[1] The Aggies played an abbreviated two-game season in February and March 2021, compiling a record of 1–1.
