The 2025 New York Yankees season will be the 123rd season for the New York Yankees franchise. They will enter the season as the defending American League champions, the American League East champions, and runners-up of the 2024 World Series .
This season will be the first full season on Yankees' radio station WFAN - and on the Yankeees Radio Network in general - for Dave Sims , who was appointed in the offseason to replace the team's long time radio voice John Sterling , who was in the role for many years.
