Almașu (Hungarian : Váralmás ) is a commune located in Sălaj County , Transylvania , Romania . It is composed of nine villages: Almașu, Băbiu (Bábony ), Cutiș (Kiskökényes ), Jebucu (Zsobok ), Mesteacănu (Almásnyíres ), Petrinzel (Kispetri ), Sfăraș (Farnas ), Stana (Sztána ), and Țăudu (Cold ).
