Bishwa Bandhu Thapa (Nepali: विश्वबन्धु थापा) is a Nepalese politician.^[1]^[2]

He was elected as a Members of Parliament (MP) in the 1959 Nepalese general election.^[3] Thapa coined the term "Panchayat", party less political system created by King Mahendra.^[4]

Thapa was born in 1927.^[5]
