In 2015 he won the under–21 title and defended it in the years that followed. At 16, he became the youngest player to win the national championship when he won the Austrian National Championship.[3] He also became ranked as Austrian number one that season.[3] In 2018 he played Andreas Ploner [de] in the final, winning 5–2.[3]
