Filipino footballer
Isabella Victoria Sola Flanigan (born February 22, 2005) is a footballer who plays as a forward for CE Europa . Born in the United States, she represents the Philippines at the international level for football and futsal .
Early life
Flanigan was born in Fairmont , West Virginia , United States.[ 1] Her mother is Filipina. She has attended Montverde Academy where she played for the school's girls' football (soccer) team.[ 2] [ 3]
International career
Philippines U18
Flanigan was included in the 27-player line up of the Philippines U18 for the 2022 AFF U-18 Women's Championship in Palembang , Indonesia.[ 4] [ 5] [ 6]
She made her debut for Philippines U18 in a 4–0 defeat against Australia U18 .[ 7] She scored her first goal for the Philippines U18 in a 2–1 defeat against Malaysia U18.[ 8]

Flanigan represented the Philippines at the 2022 AFC Women's Asian Cup .[ 9] [ 10]
Philippine futsal
Flanigan was called up to become part of the Philippine national futsal team that took part at the 2025 AFC Women's Futsal Asian Cup qualifiers .[ 11] She scored a goal in her women's futsal debut in the Philippines' 4–1 opener win against Kuwait .[ 12]
