I think you've done a great job de-cluttering. I think the intelligence agencies can safely go - they wouldn't be included in "law enforcement" in any other country's navboxes and Template:Indian intelligence agencies already exists, although the Bureau of Police Research and Development should stay, somewhere. I don;t think the ministries need to be here - Home Affairs ministeries are broader than just law enforcement. I think we need to think about the Commissionerate links - some are redirects to list articles which is not what a navbox should be. I don't know if you might have any idea as to how many Commissionerates there might be nationally still to add? ninety:one 16:26, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent points @Ninetyone. Tried to get a list of commissionerates, but in vain. Filed an RTI request with the Ministry of Home Affairs, India. Will update it once there is a response.
