Matt Hasselbeck has been signed by the Tennessee Titans and needs to be placed on their roster
I reverted a change which assigned numbers to a bunch of players, which I couldn't find confirmation for. Both NFL and Titans rosters list these players (among others, Matt Cassel) as not having numbers assigned. If someone has another source, can you please specify it here so we don't work at cross-purposes? Thanks, Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 12:36, 26 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind. I find that the IP in question is a long-term vandal who has received multiple complaints about his making up roster numbers. I'll have to monitor his actions. Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 12:47, 26 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that one of the players has the wrong wiki article. I click Aaron Wallace, but it redirects me to another player with the same name who is already retired. I want to change it.

Ah. The way to go about this is to create a new article for the new player, named "Aaron Wallace (born nnnn)", to disambiguate it from the older article. Then the older article will be renamed to "Aaron Wallace (born 1967)", and a disambiguation article will be created to point to both. Lastly, all previous references to Aaron Wallace will be fixed to point to the correct article. If you can't create the new article (you should create an account so you can), leave the information here, and I'll create the article for you. In the meantime, I'll modify the template entry to make it a redlink to a non-existant article.
Since Aaron Wallace is the son of the Aaron Wallace with the article, I changed the name to "Aaron Wallace Jr.". When you (or someone else) creates the article, change this to whatever you find to be the usage he prefers. Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 13:29, 5 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
