Allada Beningo hiria da, Atlantique departamenduan dagoena.[1] 2013an 127.512 biztanle zituen, horietatik 23.287 Alladako arrondissementean bizi zirelarik.[2]
Allada Ardrako Erresumaren hiriburua zen, XII. edo XIII. mendean adja etniako migratzaile talde batek sortutako monarkia.[3] 1724an Dahomeyko Erresumak Allada konkistatu zuen.[4][5][6]
