Apelazio
Apelazioa, apelazio-helegitea edo dei-auzia (Ipar.)[1] lehenengo auzialdiko epai bat aurkaratzeko helegitea da, eta, haren bidez, goragoko auzitegi batek beheragokoak emandako epaia zuzenbidearen arabera ebatziko du. Gehienetan, lehenengo auzialdiko epaiaren eta balizko berrikuspenaren artean egoten da, baina, berebat, prozeduraren arauak zeintzuk diren, apelazioa alde batera utz daiteke.
