Arabarba (Rheum rhabarbarum) poligonazeoen familiako landare belarkara eta bizikorra da, jatorriz asiarra dena. Bere sustrai eta errizomak medikuntzan libragarri modura erabili izan dira.[1]
Britainia Handia eta Frantzian arabarba oso ezaguna da. Hostoen pezioloak baino ez dituzte erabiltzen. Hostoen linboek azido oxaliko gehiegi dute eta toxikoak dira. Arabarbaren pezioloekin marmelada eta pastelak egiten dira. Benetako fruitua ez izan arren, sukaldaritzan horrela erabiltzen dute.[2]
