Argonitz, Nafarroa eta Gipuzkoa probintzian topa dezakegun euskal mendia da. Altzaniako mendilerro luzeak Nafarroa eta Gipuzkoa arteko muga egiten du, Lizarrusti eta Etxegarateko mendateen artean. Muga administratiboa izateaz gain, kate honek muga geografikoa ere egiten du, atlantiko eta mediterranear isurialdeen artean.
