Azido mineral

Azido minerala edo azido ez-organikoa konposatu ez-organiko batetik eratorritako azidoa da, uretan disolbatzen denen hidrogeno ioiak (H+) eratzen dituena. Azido mineralek ez dute karbono-atomorik beren konposizioan, eta azido organikoek, berriz, bai. Salbuespena azido karbonikoa (H2CO3) da, azido mineraltzat jotzen baita, nahiz eta karbonoa izan[1].

Azido mineralak bi multzo handitan banatzen dira[1]:

  • Hidrazidoak. Hidrogenoa zuzenean atomo nagusiari lotuta dago; azido klohidrikoa (HCl) adibidez
  • Oxazidoak. Hidrogenoa oxigeno bati lotuta dago, hots OH taldea ageri da; azido nitrikoa (HNO3) etsenplurako.
