BATZ automozioaren eta industria aeroespazialaren sektoreko enpresa talde kooperatibo multinazional bat da, 1963. urtean sortua.[1] Igorren (Bizkaia) dauka egoitza nagusia, eta Mondragon Korporazioko kidea da.[2]
Enpresa taldearen zuzendari orokorra Carlos Orueta da 2021 urtetik. Lehen Ana Camacho izan zen (2016-2021).[3][4]
