BIRA Bilboko kulturgunea da, Zazpikaleetan kokatutakoa, Erronda kalean. 2016an urrian martxan ipini zuten, besteak beste Lutxo Egiak eta Oihana Bartrak osatutako lantaldeak.
Euskarazko musika, literatura, antzerkia eta bestelako arteak hirian sustatzeko gunea da, hainbat kontzertu, errezitaldi eta emanaldi antolatu dituena.
2025eko ekainean sustatzaileek iragarri zituzten aldaketak, arrazoi ekonomikoak direla-eta.[1]
