Charlatan
Charlatan bere diskurtsoarekin produktu, erremedio, elixir, ideologia eta abarren baten salmenta, askotan iruzurrezkoa, bilatzen duena da.
Iruzurgile edo engainatzaile baten sinonimo gisa ere erabil daiteke, bere diskurtsoaren hitz-jario edo hitz-jarioarekin engainua bilatzen duena, aurreko mendeetan kaleko salmentan aritzen ziren pertsona batzuen kasuan bezala, hortz-ateratzaileen kasuan bezala.[1]
Parisko charlatan mitikoen artean Antoine Girard ("Tabarin doktorea" ezizenaz ezaguna) egon zen, aktore eta magoa, XVII. mendearen hasieran Parisko Dauphin enparantzan agertoki finko bat izatera iritsi zena.
