Charles Hoy Fort (Albany, 1874ko abuztuaren 6a - Bronx, 1932ko maiatzaren 3a) ikertzaile estatubatuar bat izan zen, fenomeno bitxiak biltzeagatik batez ere ezaguna, hala nola igel-euriak, elur beltza, desagerpen misteriotsuak, itsasoan ustez ikusitako argizko arroberak, eta abar.
