Claus Offe (Berlin, Alemania, 1940ko martxoaren 16a[1] - ibidem, 2025eko urriaren 1a) joera marxistako soziologoa izan zen.
Doktoretza Frankfurteko Johann Wolfgang Goethe unibertsitatean lortu zuen eta ondoren hainbat unibertsitateetan irakatsi zuen: Bielefeld (1975–1989), Bremen (1989–1995) eta Humboldt unibertsitatea Berlinen (1995–2005).
