Comal
Comal hitza (nahuatl hizkuntzatik comalli) Mexikon eta Erdialdeko Amerikan erabiltzen da, egosteko plantxa gisa erabiltzen den sukaldaritza tradizionaleko tresna bati erreferentzia egiteko.
Comal tradizionala
Mexikoko eta Erdialdeko Amerikako bertakoen comal tradizionala buztin egosiz egindako plater lau formako buztingintza pieza bat da, hiru edo lau harriren gainean jartzen dena (tenamaxtles deiturikoak). Tradizioz, hainbat janari mota prestatzeko erabiltzen da, bereziki, arto-tortillak, tlayudak eta totopoak, besteak beste.[1]
