Bere egoitza Lulean (Suedian) dago. Asoziazioko kideak FIFAn afiliaturik ez dauden hainbat nazio, errekonozimendurik gabeko estatu, eskualde edo mikronazio dira.
ConIFAk ConIFAren Munduko Futbol Txapelketa antolatzen du. Bere lehenengo edizioa 2014an jokatu zen Ostersunden (Suedian).
