Corned beef (euskaraz: «txekor aleak») Britainiar Uharteetako usadiozko plater bat da, nagusiki Ingalaterrakoa. Aurrez, gatzunez eta eta ondoren ozpinez eta su baxuan sukaldatutako txekor okela da. Nagusiki latetan saltzen da, hain zuzen ere, latetan saltzen aintzindaria Irlanda ian zen, Cork konderriko txekor okelaz egindako latazko corned beefa salduz.
