Ziklostomatuak (Cyclostomata) agnatuen superklasea da, gaur egungo lanproiak eta mixinak bere baitan hartzen dituena eta batzuetan Agnatha-ren ordezko izen gisa erabiltzen dena; talde honetako arrainek beren hezurrezko eskeletoa galdu dute eta ez dute hegal bikoitirik.[1] Taxoi hau, sarri, Agnatha superklase parafiletikoaren barnean dago, honek, ostrakodermoak deritzon arrain armatu iraungien zenbait talde ere barne hartzen dituelarik.
