DOS PCrako sistema eragile talde bat da. Izenak Disk Operating System (diskoko sistema eragilea) esan nahi du. Hasieran IBM PC ordenagailuekin erabiltzeko sortu zuten, 16 biteko Intel 8086/8088 prozesagailudunak. Komando-lerro bidezkoa da bere interfazea.
DOS sistema eragileak bertsio ezberdinak ditu. Ezagunena Microsoften MS-DOS da. Honez gain, beste sistema ugari daude, hala nola PC-DOS, DR-DOS eta FreeDOS.
Windows bezalako sistema grafikoen agerpenarekin batera, DOS sistema eragileen erabilera gutxituz joan da.
