Dāl bhāt (nepaleraz: दाल भात, hindiz: दाल भात) India azpikontinente soan zabaldurik dagoen plater ezaguna da. Nepalen du jatorria eta herrialde hartako plater nazionala da[1].
Osagaiak
Arroz zuria edo egosia (bhat) eta dilista zopak (dal) osatzen dute platera[2]. Gehienetan barazki garratz edo mingotsez lagunduta zerbitzen da, tarkari esaten zaio[3].
Dal zopa dilista zopa bat da, sukaldariaren arabera tomatea, tipula, txilia edo jengibrea gehitzen zaizkiona bai eta hainbat espezia ere, martorria, masala edo kurkuma.
