Daron Acemoğlu
Kamer Daron Acemoğlu (Istanbul, 1967ko irailaren 3a) turkiar-estatubatuar ekonomialaria da. 2024ko Ekonomiako Nobel Saria jaso zuen Simon Johnson eta James Robinsonekin batera, instituzioak nola eratzen diren eta oparotasunari nola eragiten dioten aztertzeagatik.
Istanbulen jaio zen guraso armeniarrak zituela, eta Yorkeko Unibertsitatean eta London School of Economicsen ikasi zuen. 1993an Massachusetts Institute of Technologyko irakasle izendatu zuten.
Ekonomia politikoan eta erakundeek nazioen ekonomian duten zereginean nabarmentzen da. Merkatu-ekonomia arautuaren aldekoa da.
2024an Ekonomiako Nobel saria jaso zuen, nazioen oparotasunari eta erakundeek herrialdeen garapenean duten eraginari buruzko azterketa konparatiboengatik.
