Darren Christopher Clarke (Dungannon, 1968ko abuztuaren 14a) iparirlandar golflaria da.
Estatu Batuetako Wake Forest Unibertsitateko golf taldeko kidea izan zen. 1990ean zirkuitu profesionalean sartu zen eta 21 txapelketa irabazi ditu. 2011ko Erresuma Batuko Golf Irekian lortu zuen garaipenik garrantzitsuena.
