Dekantazio
Dekantazioa dentsitate desberdineko bi likido nahastezin (ura eta olioa, adibidez) banatzeko erabiltzen den prozedura da. Horretarako dekantazio inbutua erabiltzen da.
Prozedura
Lehendabizi bereizi nahi diren bi likidoak dekanatzio inbutuan sartu behar dira. Denbora bat itxaron eta bi likidoak elkarrengandik ondo bereizita daudenean (bata bestearen gainean), behean dagoen balbula bat zabaldu eta behean dagoen likidoa (dentsitate handiena duena) ontzi batean jausten hasten da. Dena eroritakoan, balbula itxi eta horrela bi likidoak bereizita geratuko dira.
