Drakon (greziera klasikoz Δράκων) Atenasekoa, (K.a. 650 inguruan jaioa), Atenasko legegile bat izan zen, arkonte eponimo kargua bete zuena. Hiriko legeen lehen kodetzearen egiletza ematen zaio, K.a. 621ean, ordura arte, ahoz aho igorriak izan zirenak.
Kodearen zorroztasunak, zigor oso zorrotzak ematen zituena baita lege-hauste txikiendako ere[1], drakoniar hitza sorrarazi zuen, zigor sistema zorrotz bat adierazteko. Hala ere, bere izenaren lotura iraunkorra izan den arren, Drakon, arau guzti hauen zati oso txiki baten egilea baino ez zen izan, dirudienez, Zuzenbide arruntean eta hilketarentzako zigorretan zentratuz, familia mendekuekin amaitzeko modu bezala.
