Dudley Behatokia AEBetako New York estatuko Shenectady herrian dagoen behatoki astronomiko bat da. Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Albany Medical College, Graduate College of Union University eta Union Collegekin batera, Union University osatzen dutenetako bat da.
Behatokia 1852an sortu zen. AEBetako ikerketa astronomikoko erakunde independenterik antzinakoena da. Dudley behatokiak gaur egun zenbait ikerketa sari eskaintzen ditu ikerketa profesionalarentzat eta dibulgaziorako finantzazioa ematen die ikasle gazteei.
