Edison aitzindariak (ingelesez: Edison Pioneers) Thomas Edisonen aurreko langileek osatutako erakundea izan zen. Afiliazioa 1885 baino lehen Edisonekin estu lan egin zuten pertsonetara mugatua egon zen. 1918an, Edison aitzindariek aurkitu zituzten lehen aldiz, Edisonen 71. urtebetetzean izan zen. 37 pertsona zeuden lehen bileran baina Edisonek berak ez zuen parte hartu: antza gobernuko proiektu batekin konprometituta zegoen. Lehen Mundu Gerratik proiektu militar batean lan egiten zuela susmatzen zen eta oraindik martxan zegoen. Erakundeak 100 kide izan zituen; ondorengo urteetan, Edisonen aitzindarien ondorengoek ere integratzeko aukera izan zuten.[1]
