Ems ibaia (alemanez: Ems; nederlanderaz: Eems; behe-alemanez edo behe-saxoieraz: Eems edo Iems; latinez: Amisia), Alemaniako ipar-mendebaldeko ibai bat da. Hegoaldetik iparralderantz doa Alemaniako Ipar Renania - Westfalia eta Saxonia Beherea estatu federatuetan zehar. 371 km-ko luzera dauka.
Iturburua Schloß Holte-Stukenbrockeko Teutoburgo basoaren hegoaldera dauka, 134 metroko altueran. Ems ibaiaren estuarioa oso zabala da: Alemaniako Ekialdeko Frisiaren eta Herbehereetako Groningen probintziaren arteko muga naturala da. Urak Ipar Itsasora isurtzen ditu Ems ibaiak, Dollart badian.
