Estanflazio
Ekonomian, estanflazioa hazkunde ekonomikorik gabe inflazio tasa nabarmenak gertatzen direneko egoera makroekonomikoa da. Estanflazio hitz-jokoa "estankamentu" eta "inflazio" hitzen elkarketatik sortzen da: egoera bat non inflazio tasa altua den, hazkuntza ekonomikoa geldoa den eta langabezia geroz eta handiagoa den. Dilema bat sortzen da egoera honetan politika ekonomikoan, inflazioa txikiagotzeko har daitezkeen neurriek langabezia areagotu baitezakete, eta langabezia jaisteko neurriek inflazioa handitu.
Terminoa lehen aldiz Erresuma Batuko Alderdi Kontserbadorearen ministro-ordea izan zen Iain Macleodek erabili zuen, 1965ean Erresuma Batuko Legebiltzarrean egindako hitzartze batean.[1]
