Euspel (Ertzainen Nazional Elkartasuna izenaren akronimoa) Ertzaintzako sindikatu-elkarte bat da, 2004an sortua.
Ibilbidea
2004an ertzain talde korporatibo batek bere burua defendatzea erabaki zuen. Pandemiaren ondotik, 2023an, Ertzainak Borrokan plataforma oldarkorra sortu zuten,[1] sindikatuetatik aparte. Ez zeuden konforme Erne, Esan eta SIPE sindikatuen negoziatzeko moduarekin, eta bertzelako borroka molde batzuen alde egin zuten. Bertzeak bertze, mobilizazioak antolatu zituzten, eta mehatxu egin zuten 2023ko Tourrean lan egiteari uko egingo ziotela. Elkarte sindikal gisa eratuta, 2026ko hautsekunde sindikaletan irabazi zuten.[2] Eusko Jaurlaritzako Segurtasun Sailarekin lortutako akordiotik aldendu zen Euspel, eta Erne sindikatuaren 20 urteko nagusitasuna hautsi zuen Ertzaintzan, polizia talde horretan hauteskundeak irabazita.[3]
