Exedra
Exedra (grezieraz εξέδρα) estalkirik gabeko eraikin bat izan daiteke, zirkuluerdi formako oinplanokoa, kurbaren barnealdeko zatian eserleku eta bizkarralde finkoak dituena. Exedrak, sarri, jauregi baten fatxadan jartzen dira, baina irekidura bezala erabiltzen da barnealdeko horman.
Jatorrizko greziar esanahia (atearen kanpoaldean dagoen eserleku bat), ireki eta harrizko eserleku garai eta kurboek inguratua den gela batentzako erabili da: giro zabal bat, topagune eta elkarrizketa filosofiko gune bezala erabiltzeko. Exedra bat, kolomadi baten barneko espazio huts eta kurbo batetik ere nabarmendu daiteke, agian, zirkuluerdi formako eserleku batekin.
Exedra, erromatarrek hartu zuten, historiako ondorengo garaietan sendotzeko (arkitektura erromaniko eta bizantziarretik aurrera).
