Frank Mill (Essen, 1958ko uztailaren 23a – ibidem, 2025eko abuztuaren 5a) alemaniar futbolaria izan zen, aurrelari postuan aritzen zena.
1976an hasi zen profesionaletan jokatzen Rott-Weiss Essen taldean. Borussia Mönchengladbach eta Borussia Dortmund taldeetan ere jokatu zuen eta 1996an erretiratu zen Fortuna Düsseldorfen.
1982 eta 1990 artean 17 partida jokatu zituen Alemaniako futbol selekzio nazionalarekin. 1984ko eta 1988ko Udako Olinpiar Jokoetan, 1988ko Europako Futbol Txapelketan eta 1990eko Munduko Futbol Txapelketan parte hartu zuen. 1988an brontze olinpikoko domina lortu zuen eta 1990ean munduko txapeldun izan zen.
