Lachmipersad Frederik "Fred" Ramdat Misier (Paramaribo, 1926ko urriaren 28a – ibidem, 2004ko ekainaren 25a) surinamdar abokatu eta politikaria izan zen. Surinamgo presidentea izan zen 1982tik 1987ra.
Misier 1953an ezkondu zen Hilda Doergadei Dewanchandekin eta elkarrekin Herbehereetara joan ziren eta Misierrek Zuzenbidea ikasi zuen Utrechteko Unibertsitatean.
Surinamen, Misier irakasle, abokatu eta Justizia Gorteko presidente izan zen. Dési Bouterse buruzagi militarrak Misier izendatu zuen herrialdeko presidente 1982ko otsailaren 8an. Boutirrek boterea izan zuen Misier txotxongilo presidente izan zen bitartean. Bere agintaldian hauteskunde demokratikoak egin ziren 1987an eta Ramsewak Shankar aukeratu zuten presidente.
