Gilandera edo gilekia[1] ipar-mendebaldeko irandar hizkuntza bat da, Irango Gilan probintzian eta Mazandaran probintziaren mendebaldean hitz egiten dutena. Hizkuntza honek, 2 eta 4 milioi hiztun artean ditu.
Lau dialektotan banatzen da: mendebaldeko gilekia, ekialdeko gilekia (aurrekotik, Sefid ibaiak banatzen duena) gilaki tabariarra (Mazandaranen mendebaldean) eta galeshia (Gilaneko mendietan). Hizkuntza hau, mazandaranderatik gertu dago eta bi hizkuntzek, antzerako lexikoa dute. Urrunago ditu talysh eta zazakia.
