Giovanni Gerbi (Asti, 1885eko ekainaren 4a - ib., 1955eko maiatzaren 7a), italiar txirrindulari bat izan zen.
Oso gazte zela hasi zen txirrindularitzan eta emaitza politak izan zituen. Honen eredu da 17 urterekin irabazi zuen Milan-Turin klasikoa. Italiako Giroko lehenengo ekitaldietan parte hartu zuen. 1911. urteko Giroan hirugarren postuan amaitu zuen, eta ondorengo Giroan, non taldeka egin zena, bere taldeak hirugarren postua lortu zuen baita ere.
