Granulometria partikula multzo baten ezaugarri fisiko bat da. Partikula multzo horretan neurri jakin bat duen partikula kopurua adierazten du.
Partikula multzo baten granulometria baheketa bidez finkatzen da, sare- begi jakina duten baheetatik pasaz partikulak. Neurketa zehatzagoa lortzeko laser granulometroa erabiltzen da.
