Gresilla
Gresilla edo arranparrilla, haren gaineran erregosi edo txigortu behar den jakia ezartzen den sareta itxura burdinezko tresna bat da.
Erabilera
Nagusiki, haragia eta arraina sukaldatzeko erabiltzen dira, baina taloak egitekoak ere erabiltzen dira Euskal Herrian.[1]
Sua edo txingarretatik distantzia egoki batera jartzen da. Jakiek beroa astiro bereganatzen dute, eta behin haragia bere puntuan dela, grezilla berora oraindik gehiago hurbildu eta haragien kanpoaldeak kolore urreztatua har dezan lortzen da, aurkezpen hobeagoa emanez, eta gainera kurruskaria gelditzeaz gain haragiaren koipe hondakinak deseginez.
