Halabja (kurdueraz: هەڵەبجە, Helebce, arabieraz: حلبجة[1]) Irakeko iparraldean dagoen hiria, Irakeko Kurdistanen dagoena. Hewraman eskualdean dago, Iran eta Irak arteko mugatik gertu. 2018an 245.700 biztanle inguru zituen. Bertoko kurduez sorani dialektoz egiten dute; inguruko herrixketakoek, berriz, hewrami dialektoz.
1988ko martxoaren 16tik 19ra bitartean, Iran-Irak Gerraren testuinguruan eta gatazkaren amaieran, irakiarrek hiria gaseatu zuten, gutxienez 5.000 lagun erailiz.[2]
