Hatchback
Hatchback, trinkoa edo konpaktua automobil mota bat da, bidaiarientzako kabina edo eremu bat, eta kargatzeko espazio bat (maletategia) integratuta dituena, atzeko ate handi batekin. Ate horrek atzeko beira ere badu, eta atzeko hegala nahiko laburra da. Atzeko atetzarra ate bat gehiago dela deritzo, eta, horregatik, alboko bi ate dituzten autoei «hiru ate» esaten zaie, eta alboko lau ate dituzten modeloei, «bost ate».
