Horus Ny edo Ny-Hor, Egiptoko aro protodinastikoko balizko gobernari bat da, tradizioaren arabera, K.a. 3200 eta K.a. 3175 bitartean gobernatu zuena Nejenen, eta, beranduago, Hierakonpolisen. Tinisko gobernarien dinastia etsai batekoa zen, Egiptoko I. dinastia baino 350 urte lehenagokoa, eta dinastia horretako erregeen izenen batzuk, Palermoko Harrian idatzita daudelako ezagutzen dira.
