Izarbel Lapurdiko Bidarte udalerriaren lursailetan dagoen polo teknologiko bat da. A-63 autobidearen bidesariaren alboan dago.
Lehenbiziko eraikina 1995an eraiki zen. Eremuak 15 hektarea inguru ditu, eta 15 eraikinez osatua dago, tartean enpresak, ingeniaria eskola, hiru laborategi, negozio eta enpresen inkubagailua, bai eta beste hainbat zerbitzu ere.
Polo teknologikoan 900 langile baino gehiagok lan egiten dute, horiei Industria Teknologia Aurreratuen Goi Eskolako (ESTIA) 500 ikasleak gehitu behar zaizkie, denetara Izarbelen 1.400 pertsona inguru daudelarik.
