Javier Atutxa Olabarri (Getxo, 1937ko abenduaren 26a - Bilbo, 2013ko abuztuaren 7a) politikari bizkaitarra izan zen. Eusko Alderdi Jeltzalean ibilbide osoa egin zuen.
1988-1992 eta 1996-2000 artean, BBBko presidentetzan[1] izan zen, eta ondoren ere EBBko zuzendaritzan[2]. Itxaso Atutxa alaba BBBko presidentea da.[3]
Areatzarra, leku horretan pasatu zuen haurtzaroa.[4] Lanbidez merkataritza ontzidiko kapitaina izan zen.
